WISHING YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY, HEALTHY, SAFE, AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!

2026!!…ONWARD TO A GREAT NEW YEAR!

We’ve done and seen some great things in 2025, along with some not-so-good things that unfortunately affect millions, not just in our country, but worldwide. However, our goal in 2026 is to continue moving forward, with an unchanging good heart, a focused mind, and a steady stride to help where needed: and that is…helping uplift others in their desire—and their work towards a better life.

That is the heart, soul, and CORE of who/what our CCG, INC. team is all about, and what we exist to do. We send our best thoughts, energy, and prayers to all of you for a GREAT 2026…guided by LOVE.

2025 YEAR-ROUNDUP…

A Very Memorable Year!

Like most of the country and the world, we at Core Contributors Group, Inc. experienced a year of many surprises. For us, we were surprised at the resilience of people who have experienced some tough situations. Thankfully, we were able to help so many to not just stand—but to move forward through some tough times. That’s who we are—helpers for those in need, for those who simply need an uplifting hand to move forward to a better life. And what an honor to do that…to be there and support others…for our 5th year in a row.

Although the beginning of 2025 brought such emotional pain to thousands of residents affected by a surge of deadly fires, CCG showed up and delivered much- needed funding to those who lost their homes and all their lifetime treasures within. Those whom we were able to help were grateful for our genuine concern as well as our financial assistance—and we were blessed to see the relief on so many faces.

Despite the many governmental changes that impacted so many lives, bringing financial burdens to companies, non-profit organizations, and students, Core Contributors Group, Inc. was ever-present, providing financial assistance! What a blessing to be a giver in times of need. We take honor in doing that—being a giver.

CCG’s Black Men’s Therapy Program provided assistance to men suffering emotional and mental challenges. We’ve heard back—and the reports are so heartwarming—from these men on how their lives have changed for the better! The goal of the Black Therapists is to continue supporting and helping Black men grow and become the best men they were created to be: men finally proud of themselves for making worthy life decisions, and making positive contributions to their loved ones and their community.

Additionally, CCG, Inc. has proudly supported organizations like Kingdom Daughters Ministry (to combat racism God’s way, Founder/President is Marlysa Gamblin); A Sisterhood for Fatherless Daughters (led by Tiaira Jones-Hill, dedicated to providing healing spaces for single moms and fatherless daughters, and nurturing confidence, leadership and emotional wellness); Burn Cycling, founded by Julie Adams, clearly wants to help the community stay healthy and have fun while doing it—and the team at CCG led by our CEO, was so delighted to help provide financial support; Love for the Streets, which provides essential services for the unhoused and L.A.’s inner city, led by CEO-Zhane Carter, was appreciative of CCG’s much-needed grant. Others we proudly supported included All People’s Community Center…

Shalanda Mays leads this much-respected organization, Rich With Attitude, is headed by Daylajane Mays. Throughout 2025, CCG funded these and many more Southern California companies whose goals synchronize with our own heart’s intent: to lift up others who need a helping hand. It’s been our pleasure to support these organizations and so many others, and watch them enrich the lives of others. We look forward to their continuing success stories in 2026 and in the years to come!

CCG, Provided Scholarships to Deserving Students: Many college students have been financially impacted by many longtime programs being eliminated. CCG, Inc. has seen the need and certainly come to the rescue of many deserving students in 2025. Students like Cardiss Hart, a grad student from Cali, now working on her Master’s at Louisiana State University, Shreveport; Makarah Turner, an excellent, multi-talented student at Long Beach State, was delighted to receive another much-deserved scholarship from CCG, Inc. (See info/captions about the other awesome things Makarah is doing!) Drew Henderson showed what a dedicated, outstanding, focused student he’s been at USC…and he was certainly worthy of a CCG scholarship a second time around!

Keep your eyes on these students. We know they will make a needed, positive impact on the world! (See photos of some of these awardees on our website.)

We look forward to continuing to support other talented, focused, hard-working, inspiring—DESERVING—students in need of financial aid in 2026!

EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM OUR SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS!

Makarah Turner is a name to watch!  She’s just 19 years old but has an obviously quiet and demure “old-soul” vision and talent beyond her years.   No doubt she has a very bright future. This talented young lady has received two well-deserved scholarships from CCG, INC. to Long Beach State University, where she continues to do well in her second year.

She’s made her family proud, of course. But, she’s also made CCG, Inc. proud that we chose well in providing Makarah funds for her education.  Beyond college, however, Makarah is an entrepreneur…doing things on her own as a much-respected beauty advisor and interior designer.

Makarah Turner…a two-time CCG, Inc. Scholarship Awardee doing very well as a Cal-State Long Beach University sophomore, AND an entrepreneur—who loves creating beautiful, serene living spaces.

CCG PARTNERED with PROJECT PIT!

Once again, CCG was honored to support this organization that addresses mental health challenges and is dedicated to uniting the underserved communities with impactful events: the non-profit provides “a safe, healing space where no one has to suffer in silence…serving Los Angeles’ underserved

communities with compassion, creativity, and consistency.” Their aim to serve and make life better for others is certainly in tune with the aims of CCG. Core Contributors Group, Inc., generously provided a limited number of retailer gift cards to those who attended the holiday event. Bethanee E. Bryant, Vice President of Core Contributors Group, Inc., was on site to enjoy and participate in the festivities. (See link below, along with photos of the year-end holiday event in Baldwin Hills.)

CCG’s HOLIDAY GROCERY FUNDS TO NEEDY FAMILIES…A TRUE BLESSING!

At least 10 families experienced a better holiday season because of the food they could buy and put on their tables during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays! And parents were able to buy and bring smiles to their children with toys and other gifts. Like years in the past, CCG, Inc. was delighted to be a blessing to these families who were selected and surprised with these much-needed funds by members of CCG’s Board.

SUPPORTING THOSE IN NEED!

Hard times hit all of us sometimes.  CCG, Inc. was often on hand in 2025 when others couldn’t be. Southern Californian, Beverly Blackshear, was very thankful for much-needed financial support!  Thankfully, she’s back on the road to recovery!

Beautiful Beverly Blackshear was a surprised 2025 recipient of CCG’s financial assistance…Just one more example of our dedication to providing help during an unexpected hospitalization/health crisis. She said, “Thank you, CCG, for being there in a time of need. Bless you all.”

FREE HAIRCUTS FOR BLACK MEN

CCG, Inc. partnered with Dorian Barrow, owner of “In Tha Cut” Barbershop in Inglewood, CA, to help bring some joy and elevate the esteem of at least 25 men during the Christmas holidays. Those haircuts were more than just to make them “look” better and feel better; they opened some mental and spiritual doors to reintroduce them to themselves. Their gratitude was worth more than any money can buy!
