IN 2025 … THE STRONG WILL SURVIVE!

Core Contributors Group, Inc. did what we do best, what we were established for and called to do to 5 years ago to relieve so much suffering during the Covid pandemic.

This New Year, 2025, came in strong and fast, fiery and angry—and filled with many unknowns!

Through the fires and raging storms of life, literally and figuratively, our humanity and human strength and resilience are tested.  Californians, in general, have had to do just that—be resilient and stand strong in this very unpredictable new year.  Fires raged through the southern part of our beautiful state—ravaging the homes and communities that were once beautiful places of safety for thousands of families.  Those wild flames couldn’t care less about the children, moms, and dads.  Those angry flames cared nothing about the sanctity of churches and the laughter-laden hallways of elementary, junior high, and high schools.

It was nature, some say, “taking back its ownership” of sacred spaces where mankind had invaded. From beautiful Malibu to historic, cherished Pasadena and Altadena, awe-stricken residents were left homeless, and children with tear-filled eyes witnessed the loss of their cherished spaces, including their schools’ playgrounds.

Core Contributors Group, Inc. did what we do best, what we were established for and called to do 5 years ago to relieve so much suffering during the Covid pandemic. We opened our hearts during this 2025 devastation, too, and stretched forth our compassionate hands to provide immediate financial help to so many who needed us; they had no home base to lay their tired bodies nor to rest their sleepy heads.

Indeed, it’s why, for times like these, CCG, Inc. exists—to give from our core—our heart to those in need. And we did it this time—during this heartbreaking catastrophe that affected so many. Our whole team, led by our CEO, jumped into action immediately, providing financial support to hurting residents who stood in front of ash-laden front yards—their homes burnt to the ground, literally.

Despite it all, we at CORE CONTRIBUTORS GROUP, INC. are confident we are amongst the millions not just in California, but nationwide, who will keep standing strong—together! We believe you, who have stood together with us since our very beginning, will do the same. For surely, there will be more unforeseen troubles ahead. We see bits of it now—so much has already been turned upside down in our nation. We are all listening, watching, doing our best to be as prepared as possible for the calamitous, boldly-declared changes, as well as for the “unexpected” challenges ahead.  Nevertheless, we at Core Contributors Group, Inc. are so confident that as an organization and a collective of wise, alert, God-directed, decent-hearted people, WE WIN!

Throughout the year 2024, CCG has helped so many win– from students headed to college to entrepreneurs with awesome services the Southern California community needs.  We provided thousands of dollars to help support deserving students already in college, as well as to freshmen embarking on a new educational path, like Rai’ Jon Jones, Makarah Turner, and others.  In addition, we are proud to have provided much-needed funding to dedicated, grassroots, community-concerned local businesses, including non-profits like Dignity Moves, All Peoples Community Center, PLUS ME Project, and so many more philanthropists.

We love seeing smiling faces when we help needy families, especially during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays! And last year, in 2024, it was no different! We were honored to provide 10 families with food and great gifts, including gift cards along with toys that brought such joy and smiles to the children!

Our first Community Awards Luncheon in May 2024 was a huge success as we paid tribute to many deserving non-profit leaders making a big and important difference in so many lives: Home At Last, Sistahs With Purpose, DJ Rara Foundation, and The Rare O Project were among the deserving honorees!

Our 4th Annual Ujima summer event was a huge success and lots of fun! Long-time supporters joined us. On hand also were several Mental Health providers, along with some of our college scholarship recipients.
